I’m the author of the upcoming book Thriving Team, Plentiful Time: The 3-Step System for Entrepreneurs Ready to Build, Lead & Scale Differently and a business mentor specializing in teams, leadership and culture for growing organizations.
I started playing with the magical art of Time Creation over a decade ago when I was pregnant and in $300K of debt, working 70-80 hours a week to build my first business, a brick-and-mortar Pilates & yoga studio in Berkeley, California.
Now I work about 25 hours a week (the first three weeks of the month only) running 3 companies in wellness, coaching and real estate, and I spend the vast majority of that time helping my ambitious entrepreneur clients build an extraordinary team that cares as much as they do, so they can 2-5x their income while working 4 days a week.
