Hi, I’m Kiki Lovelace (she/they)!

I’m a white, cisgendered American woman of European descent, born in Wisconsin, raised in New Jersey, and currently living on Ohlone Land in my beloved chosen home of Oakland, California.

I’m also a self-made millionaire, serial small business owner, Dream Home Owner, mom of 2, former Forrest Yoga Guardian Mentor Teacher, a longtime member of San Francisco’s 1960's Go-Go Dancing Sweethearts The Devil-Ettes, and an Embodied Leadership & Success Mentor to my conscious small business owner & entrepreneur clients.

I started playing with the magical art of Time Creation over a decade ago when I was pregnant and in hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, working like a dog to build my brick-and-mortar Pilates & yoga studio business.

Now I work about 15 hours a week (the first three weeks of the month only), and spend most of that time helping my business owner mentees build an extraordinary team that cares as much as they do so they can 2-5x their income and cut their working hours down to 20 per week, and take time away to rest, travel, care for their family or work on their next creative project or entrepreneurial endeavor.

But it wasn’t always that way…

I spent the first 2 years of business ownership working 70-80 hours a week.

Like most small business owners, I thought I had to hustle and grind my way to eventual (possible?) success.

But everything changed when I got pregnant with my firstborn.

I remember the moment my world shifted like it was yesterday.

I was 20 weeks pregnant, sitting in my doctor’s office, seeing my baby on ultrasound for the first time.

And it hit me like a ton of bricks…

This baby is real and she is coming in just a few short months.

I envisioned myself as the kind of mother I wanted to be for her…

… and I quickly realized my business as it stood would never allow me to be that mother.

There was no way I could keep working those long hours. Plus, I needed my business to be MUCH MORE profitable in order to support my growing family.

Something had to give...

I knew I needed to learn how to work smarter — leveraging the natural strengths of my team members and empowering them to grow the business and the mission even when I wasn’t there.

Although it was scary and challenging to let go (yes, I’m a recovering control freak), I began to see the possibility that I could create a small business that was profitable and sustainable without me being hyper-vigilant 24/7.

In fact when I took my maternity leave, I saw that my business thrived without me babysitting it constantly.

(That was a huge breakthrough for me.)

I began to grow my business with the right staff who were not only passionate about my studio’s mission but also aligned with me as a leader.

Day-by-day as I mentored them to serve our students and our mission just as I would, I saw our profits grow and customer retention rise, while my own teaching load shrank.

Since then, our sales have TRIPLED, and my schedule as the Owner & Director of my studio has shrunk to about 4 hours per week.

Now I have time to focus on my second business mentoring other small business owners about success and leadership (a true passion project that I run in about 12 hours a week).

I take a week off each month to focus on self-care and family time (and I often get my clearest visions during this time).

Plus I take at least a month off in the summer to rest, do organization projects in my new Dream Home, go to the pool with my kids and travel with friends and family.

I am living my dream, and it looks nothing like I thought it would.

I thought it would be about learning some secret marketing formula or scaling with Facebook ads.

I thought it would be about serving huge volumes of people with my offers.

I thought it would be about “buckling down and working harder.”

(I literally said that once to one of my coaches.)

But actually it was about healing my people pleasing and codependency patterns.

It was about becoming a boundaried AND warm leader, who owns her value and spiritual gifts without apology, and who sees the magic and potential in each and every one of her team members.

It was about learning to attract incredible talent to my 2 teams, and become a New Earth Leader who is transparent, equitable, collaborative, relational, creative and wholly imperfect.

This is Embodied Leadership.

And I’m going to teach you how to be and become it with my 3-Step Embodied Leadership Method.

This is for Multi 6 and 7 Figure + business owners and entrepreneurs ready to ascend from the altitude of Doer-of-all-the-Do’s to Manager to CEO to Visionary Leader so they can accelerate their profitability and impact with a harmonious team of support by their side.

My clients who’ve applied these principles have sold their businesses and started new ones, opened a second or third location, taken time off to care for an ailing parent or newborn baby, and left their thriving businesses in the hands of their very capable and committed team to travel to far-away places or work on their next creative project.

This is a legacy-level leadership that allows you to work in your zone of genius as a Creatrix and Visionary, enjoy a business that you truly adore AND have a life worth living outside of entrepreneurship (finally!).

And I can not wait to midwife you through this step-by-step transformation. The results will be even more spectacular that you or I can imagine, I’m sure.

Let’s do this!
