I know because this is what it’s like for me now.

My studio business requires 2-3 hours per week of my time, and my coaching business, about 12-15 hours.

I take off at least one week per month and 2 full months per year to rest, travel, work on my garden + home, spend time with my family, study with my spiritual teachers and mentors, and (of course) dream up my next creative project.

But it wasn’t always this way…

I remember the day many moons ago when my Studio Manager sat in my office crying, face buried in her palms.

Her chair was only a few feet away, but the desk between us felt like an ocean.

We were in our weekly meeting, and she had finally broken down and told me how my management style was affecting her.

  • I’m so sorry that’s happened to you. I’ve been there, and I know it can be a bitter pill to swallow.
