I've had the incredible pleasure of helping a significant number of talented small business owners build and launch their coaching programs over the years, and I've noticed that the coaching industry landscape is COMPLETELY different now from what it was back in 2020/2021.
MOST of the coaches who entered the space in 2020/2021 have now moved on to other careers so there's not actually that many of us left
Premium buyers are more discerning and budget-conscious than they were before (myself included), and have a certain set of criteria required for them to feel safe and confident investing at the level of a high ticket offer (generally priced in the $1500-$15K range, but going up to as much as $60K-$75K)
The coaches who are doing well financially in 2024/2025 are 100% committed to showing up for their email list and social following, and do it week in and week out with zero complaints ('cause we've found a way to make marketing and sales FUN, no lie)
My Private Clients and Masterminders are killing it in their coaching launches, even though many of them spent years before they hired me noodling on their high ticket offers with little-to-no sales to show for it. Inside my mentoring programs --
L had her best revenue month ever as a Pilates Instructor/Solopreneur at almost $19K in cash sales due to her Back Pain coaching program launch, within the very first month of our Private Mentoring work together
E, an experienced small business owner with several companies under her belt, built out an entire offer suite of coaching programs in her chosen niche of Instagram Business Marketing while we were working together, including a group membership and several 1:1 programs. And she just recently enjoyed her highest revenue month ever in her coaching business. Rock starrrrrr
M more than tripled the price of her 21-day Functional Medicine cleanse, promptly sold 3 spots at her new price only 3 weeks into our 1:1 mentoring program, and is now signing private clients left and right
D just started her Yoga and Sadhana for Scoliosis/Back Care launch a few weeks ago and she's already sold 2 spots in her 4-month program at $3K each, plus she's secured a bunch of additional revenue from past graduates for her Continuation Offer. Boom!
