If I knew then what I know now, I could’ve saved her THREE YEARS (and multi 5-figures of wasted investments) of focusing on the wrong problem: marketing.
Because truly, when we were stuck at our ceiling of $500K/year, I tried EVERY marketing trick and strategy I could think of during that time to increase our revenues, and nothing worked -
the ads (yes I tried them and they DID NOT work for my brick-and-mortar business)
the new website
the industry-specific (and quite pricey) marketing agency
the elaborate win-back text campaign
But what DID work was addressing misalignments in my business and building my dream team
