See, all of my business owner clients are empaths and big idea people like me, and we need an EXTRAORDINARY amount of alone time to be able to serve at our highest level.
So my clients want to wake up with the sun (not an alarm clock).
Putz around with their coffee or tea in hand.
Meditate, journal, and look out the window at the birds for a while.
Take a nature walk.
Go to a Pilates or yoga class.
Have a beautiful, healthy, nourishing lunch.
And THEN, they want to start their work day around noon or 1pm, like I do.
