In the first 18 months after I launched my coaching business I made $36K in sales, which translated to 5 sales ....

In the following 12 months I made over $200K.

I was already making enough to live on from my first business, a Pilates and yoga studio, so this was LIFE-CHANGING money.

And my husband and I made the choice to upgrade our lifestyles just a little bit. Most of the overflow we socked into our savings account.

After a few years we had multi-6 figures in savings and bought our dream house with 1.7 acres and a view of the San Francisco Bay.

And our equity has more than doubled in the two years we've owned it.

When I say life-changing money, that's what I mean.

But I think back to those first 18 months.

In 18 months there were only FIVE DAYS when I made a sale.

FIVE DAYS!

What if I had given up?

What if I had talked myself out of investing in my own mentor ?

What if I had let my fears of "what will they think" prevent me from showing up on social media every day (I didn't have a website or a facebook group or any reputation whatsoever so that was the only way I got clients back then)

Thank GOD I had the stamina and willingness to persist and put myself out there in the face of 18 months minus 5 days of "failure"

Thank GOD I had my mentor (shoutout to you Jessica Riverson) to help me stay in action, curiosity and creativity about my offers and my marketing and sales processes.

So grateful for it all.
