Years ago I had a high level coaching offer that was freaking GOLD.

The people who invested in it got the most bananas results, easily cutting their work hours in half, and increasing their income by 50-100% often times within the first 30-60 days.

Only problem was, I just couldn't seem to sell it.

Maybe it was because the results didn't sound real? That was my theory at least.

I thought it was a marketing problem, so I tried to make my messaging sound more "approachable."

Still, no sales.

So I mentioned it to my mentor at the time.

She suggested I look at my deliverables.

And I *gasp* increased the price by about $5K.

And I kid you not, within 6 weeks I had signed over $90K worth of contracts on that one offer, to be collected over the next 9 months.

Sometimes it's not a big "burn it all down and start from scratch" scenario.

Sometimes it's just the SMALLEST tweaks to your offer that can make it sell like hotcakes:

a spicier name

a clearer positioning statement and more result-oriented bullet points

a better price (some of you are charging too much, some too little for your offer to sell abundantly and consistently)

LESS deliverables, because some of you have packed in way too much and it’s overwhelming your potential buyers and making you not want to sell it
